The Enrollment Process

We have completed our enrollment period for the 2024-2025 school year!

If you are interested in joining the rolling admissions applicant pool for our wBees community for the 2024-2025 school year, please follow the steps below!

For the 2024-2025 school year, we are admitting…

  • children that turn 2 years by September 2024 for our toddler Seedlings class

    • children that turn 2 years by Oct./Nov. of 2024 will be considered for rolling admissions

  • children that are between ages 2.75 to 5 years in our Primary classrooms

Applications are now rolling admission.

STEP 1 - Tour with us

Watch the virtual tour to learn more about our educational philosophy, the flow of the day, and nature-based curriculum. Our goal is to ensure that our philosophies align to begin to create lasting partnerships with prospective families.

We have completed the in-person tours for the season.

STEP 2 - Fill out the application

If you are ready to apply after learning about wBees through our virtual and/or in-person tours, you can fill out the application below.

Filling out an application is required to move onto steps 3 & 4.

  • Our Toddler Enrollment Application is for new students enrolling in our 2’s program for our toddler class.

  • Our Primary Enrollment Application is for new students enrolling in our mixed-age 2.75 to 5-year-old primary class.

  • Our Returning Student Enrollment Application is for returning students who are currently enrolled in wBees.

Our application process is not first come - first served and current families/siblings are prioritized. Tuition and schedules can be found on the applications. Our regular school day runs from 8:45 - 3pm with the option for early day drop-off starting at 8am and extended day pickup ending at 6pm. Our school year runs from September through June and we run a summer program for our families.
