Here’s everything you need to know to join us.
We’re fully enrolled for the current 2026-2027 school year. Applications are open for the 2027-2028 school year.

Seedlings (toddlers 2s): children who turn 2 years old by September 2027 for our toddler Seedlings class
Children who turn 2 years by Oct./Nov. of 2027 will be considered for rolling admissions
Primary: children who are between ages 2.75 and 5 years in our Primary mixed-age classrooms
Our school day
Regular day: 8:45 AM - 3:00 PM
Early drop-off: 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM
Extended day: pick up until 6:00 PM
School runs from September through June with a summer program offered to our enrolled families.

The Enrollment Process
Our enrollment cycle begins in November 2026 for the 2027-2028 school year.
If you want to join our wBees community for the 2027-2028 school year, please follow the steps below!
For the 2027-2028 school year, we are admitting…
children that turn 2 years by September 2027 for our toddler Seedlings class
children that turn 2 years by Oct./Nov. of 2027 will be considered for rolling admissions
children that are between ages 2.75 to 5 years in our Primary classrooms
We are currently fully enrolled for the 2026-2027 school year. Applications will be considered for the 2027-2028 school year.
Our regular school day runs from 8:45 - 3 pm, with the option for early day drop-off starting at 8 am and extended day pickup ending at 6 pm. Our school year runs from September through June, and we run a summer program for our families.

Virtual Info Session
Our Virtual Info Session offers a rich look into our educational philosophy, our rhythms of the day, and how we approach early childhood education. Come with your questions and ready to learn about all we have to offer!

In-Person Tour
Ready to see what it looks like? Come in for an intimate look at our Montessori classrooms, our curated materials, and the intentional spaces we create with your child’s development in mind. Get an inside look into how we craft our classrooms to promote independence, exploration, and community.

STEP 2 - Fill out the application
Filling out an application is required to move on to step 3. ‍
Our Toddler Enrollment Application is for new students enrolling in our 2’s program for our toddler class.
Our Primary Enrollment Application is for new students enrolling in our mixed-age 2.75 to 5-year-old primary class.
Our Returning Student Enrollment Application is for returning students who are currently enrolled in wBees.
Applications for returning families are due on January 8th, 2027
Applications for new families are due on January 25th, 2027 for first round of admissions.
STEP 3 - Small Group Playdates
Come visit our classrooms along with your child to observe them in our Montessori classrooms! These small group playdates will include a total of 4 prospective families. They will be held from 3:15 pm-4 pm, and we invite a maximum of two caregivers.
This is optional for all families but strongly recommended.

Please ensure your application is submitted and you’ve watched the Virtual Info Session before joining the meeting.
ENROLLMENT TIMELINE
November 2026-January 2027: Join us for a Virtual Info Session and an In-Person Tour. Fill out an application and sign up for a Small Group Playdate! Have more questions? Join us for a 1-on-1 chat.
Jan. 25th, 2027- Applications due for first round of enrollment for new families.
Jan. 29, 2027-Feb. 27, 2027- Offer letters roll out! Not all offer letters come out at once, so keep an eye out for your inbox.
To confirm your spot: Families who wish to secure their spot for the 2027-2028 school year must submit a deposit no later than one week from receiving their offer letter. A $2,000 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your child's spot in our regular day program. If your offer letter includes an Extended Day spot, an additional $750 deposit is required to confirm your child’s place in Extended Day.
Tuition is broken out into six equal payments- May 1st, August 1st, October 1st, December 1st, February 1st, and April 1st. Your deposit will go towards your April 1st tuition.
